Here's ace lady angler Nicola Needham from Buxton with a 14lb 8oz Barlow Fisheries Mirror Carp

Nicola caught the carp whilst surface fishing using floating crust on a size 10 and 8lb line. It took her 30 minutes to land - 'making her work hard' she says.

She added: 'The nice thing about the fish at Barlow is every one that I have caught has been in excellent condition. I have fished at various places but find Barlow way out in front for friendliness, cleanliness and just pure relaxation and pleasure'.
