24th January 2008

Sorry this report is a little short this week but I am in the middle of moving house and they are just about to disconnect my pc. Should be back on line soon. Here is the fishing report for last week.

Several carp have been caught from the main lake including a 16lb common and a few 8lbers.

The Doughnut Lake has fished well with some nice roach showing and several carp. One angler caught 7 carp and some really nice sized roach.

I had a few emails from several anglers who had some good sessions later in the week on the main lake. Some lovely silvers have shown.

The fly lake is still producing well with averages staying very high. Bloodworm and buzzers have really worked this week.

As you know Philip and I are still in the process of handing everything over to the new owners and we expect that in the next couple of weeks that the fishing reports will be sent to you by Dave Harnick.

best wishes for now,
