We offer trips to the nearby town of Rustenburg or we can arrange to take you on a ‘game drive’ to the wonderful Pilanesberg Game Reserve, these trips are available at a small charge and offer a unique opportunity to experience ‘natural’ Africa.

If you choose to fish Snagmere and would like to bring your partners or children then we can arrange accommodation in the nearby Bed and Breakfast Hotel at a superb rate per night.

In the last 6 weeks we have had 3 trips lasting between 7 & 10 days with 2 anglers fishing per trip, the following is a list of the fish caught during this period:

11 x Doubles from 15lb 2oz to 19lb 11oz

14 x 20’s from 21lb 4oz to 29lb 11oz.

10 x 30’s from 30lb 2oz to 37lb 7oz

4 x 40’s from 40lb 9oz to 47lb 13oz

5 x 50’s from 51lb 3oz to 58lb 2oz

All the fish were taken on ‘The Creature’ boilies kindly supplied by Knock Out Baits, these were fished over beds of flavoured pellet and particles with the carp showing no preference to either pop-ups or bottom baits.
