Matchman lands a biggie!

Match angler David Riply landed this lovely barbel whilst fishing in a match on the River Trent at Dunham Bridge for East Herringthorpe Sports and Social Club.

David hooked into this 9lb 8oz barbel using a single bronze maggot on the feeder with 2.8 hooklength.

A great catch by anyone's standards - Ed.
