Junior Fish-in

Hi...

...Just a few photos from our first ever Junior Fish-In, held last weekend. In all 11 kids attended on the day.

As usual it rained at the start - but the first fish was banked within minutes. Thankfully as the day wore on, the sun came out - as did the barbeque!

Jason Calaghan showed the young guns how to catch off-the-top, but young Ben didn't need any help - from the off he led the way - ending up with six fish.

The bigger fish failed to show but when young James showed up, we knew what was going to happen!

He wanted to out-fish his dad [Stax] but after a slow start this is what he ending up doing - with some eight fish compared to his dads' seven.

Some instructors didn't have half that amount and yet they fished all day.
