Fishing Forever

Fishing Forever is a lively and entertaining book about a couple of lads - Ken and Dave and all their fishing adventures.
Ken says, "Come fishing tomorrow Dave", and because there's no football, Dave goes. From that day on, as he's had such a great day, Dave is hooked by the enticing magic of the river, with its great array of species ranging from glistening roach to predator pike.

But the river has mysteries also, is there a ghost fishing between the unwary lads on the lonely bank?
Who is drowning in the lake as they skive school to have a fish?
How wise can it be to explore an underground lake where a monster lurks in the dark depths of the murky water?
Have the lads discovered an irresistible bait?
And how much in love do you have to be, to let a girl challenge you to a fishing match?
The book involves a new story to each chapter and cleverly adds to the lads age through each story. At the beginning they start off as young lads just starting secondary - and end up adding on the years throughout the book.

Chris Yates of BBC's "Passion for angling" describes it as - " A wonderful book which will lead to deserted streets and a bristling of new rods along the waters edge." And I couldn't agree with him more!

One thing is for sure, Dave and Ken, no matter what happens, will be fishing forever, as I hope the readers of the book will do.

A great book for teens, I highly recommend it for anyone who has an interest in angling, you can relate to some of the stories in the book, at least one thing in each story has happened to us at least once in our fishing lives!

A great read - 5 star quality, you will want to be fishing forever!
