Here's Steve Gathercole with a stunning PB 46lb 8oz common carp

Steve caught this beauty during a 48 hour session, at a syndicate lake in Leicester.
Steve tells us: 'The mainline was 12lb Berkley big game, Korda rig tubing and 2 1/2 ounce pear shaped in-line lead. The end tackle was a 7 inch Snakeskin hook-length, with a Korda size 8 long shank hook. It was popped-up 2 inch with a Frank Warwick fluro squid and octopus, with about 20 Mainline Fusion boilies over the top of hemp and pellets, which was placed by bait boat about 60 yards out.'
