Here's Alan Fitton with a lovely winter caught 5lb whiting caught out of Poole, Dorset.
Alan tells us the fish was caught from his own boat - 'Kingfisher II' and was part of a catch of 15 whiting, 6 conger (best around 30lbs) and 2 Blonde rays of 19lb and 19.5lbs
